On Tuesday, we started early at a coworking space in the center of Lisbon, where we held a productive brainstorming session on exciting new developments at Synertics. We wrapped up the day with a team dinner at a cozy Mexican restaurant 🌮.

The next day, it was all about having a productive and engaging day, blending collaboration with team-building and friendly competition. We started with a padel session, as a great way to clear our minds with some physical activity, before continuing at UBBO with bowling 🎳 and an immersive VR experience 🎮. In VR, collaboration and clear communication were the keys to success – and together, we succeeded the mission as a team!

A fantastic way to close out the month: two days dedicated to strengthening connections, recharging our energy, and planning the future of Synertics 🚀.
